SignagePanel is a digital signage platform operated by Bite & Brand Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control or delete it.
It applies to the SignagePanel dashboard (app.signagepanel.app), the SignagePanel Player app for Android TV and Amazon Fire Stick, and this website.

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the service. Each acts as a processor on our behalf:

To delete your account and all associated data:
Email okan@biteandbrand.co.uk from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days. This removes your account, your locations and screens, and all content you have uploaded. Billing records are retained only where UK law requires it.
You can also delete individual content, playlists, locations and screens at any time directly from your dashboard, without deleting your whole account.

Our website uses essential cookies to function, and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent, which you can manage through the cookie banner at any time. The Player app on your TV does not use cookies for tracking.
SignagePanel is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email where appropriate.
